After years leading global marketing teams, managing complex launches and sitting at the leadership table, I saw the same problem again and again. Businesses rarely lack ideas. They lack someone who can see the whole picture, make the hard calls and connect strategy to execution.
That is the role I play. I get close to the business, find what matters, bring clarity to what feels messy and help your team move forward with purpose.
